Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it. All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and in the same condition, it was received. The customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning merchandise.
To Initiate Return
Should you wish to return an item contact us through email at Info@leotariuscreations.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible during our regular business hours Monday - Friday, from 9am to 5 pm PST. Please be sure to have the following information ready for our team to create this return: order number, billing last name and email on the order, as well as the product name, quantity, color, item condition, and the reason for the return.

After submitting a return request, an email will be sent to you containing a Return Authorization (RA) number. You may then pack your items and write your RA number on the outside of the package and on the Return Slip that will be emailed to you by our customer service team.

At this time we do not offer exchanges. Please follow the above instructions for a return, then you will need to go back to leotariuscreations.com/our-store and place a new order.
Credits on Returns:
You will receive an email confirming your request. Once we receive your return shipment, please allow 3 – 5 business days to process your refund. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
